Cancelling an appointment with an SMS – a new convenient solution for ENEL-MED patients

The option to cancel an appointment via one SMS is a new practical feature introduced by ENEL-MED. Now, the appointments can be cancelled even faster and easier.

As part of improvement of our appointment-making system, we have introduced a new feature which allows our patients to cancel their appointments with an SMS message with almost one click, without the need to log in to online appointment system, or to telephone our Call Centre.

Every patient of ENEL-MED after receiving of an SMS reminding of an appointment can reply to this message by entering a 4-digit number. The appointment will be cancelled, and within a couple of minutes the patient will receive another text message with the confirmation of the cancellation. As for the cost of the SMS sent as an answer, the patient’s operator’s rates apply.
