The Call Centre available in the ENEL-MED Medical Centre enables to book appointments and obtain all information about our products and service. Paying attention to the quality of service provided to our patients, every employee undergoes preliminary training as well as recurring wide-range product training; we also regularly carry out tests and provide coaching among our employees. Using advance IT and communication solutions, we guarantee the top-quality service of all calls.

Using the on-line booking systems, patients can arrange an appointment to a specialist in a selected ENEL-MED Centre or cancel a previously booked visit. To arrange an appointment via the Internet, just visit www.enel.pl, select the on-line booking option, enter your card number and date of birth, and then book an appointment.
