22/2011 Conclusion of a significant agreement

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (the Company) informs that today, i.e. on 7 September 2011, the Company received a signed agreement for multi-purpose credit line number KKW/NS/1/2011 concluded with Lukas Bank S.A. (the Bank) on 5 September 2011.

Under the agreement, the working capital credit on the current account will amount to PLN 10.000.000, including the limit for bank guarantees and counter guarantees within the Line of up to PLN 5.000.000.

The credit is granted for the period from 5 September 2011 to 4 September 2013. The interest rate is based on a variable rate WIBOR 1M plus margin. The agreement is secured by an in blanco promissory note, mortgage on the property located in Warszawa at ul. Gilarska 86C, owned by Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. and assignment of rights from the insurance policy of the above mentioned real estate.

The terms of the agreement do not differ from market conditions.

This agreement has been recognised as significant since it exceeds 10% of the equity of the Issuer.
