18/2014 Conclusion of a significant agreement concerning the provision of medical services with ITI Neovision S.A.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. hereby informs that on April 24, 2014, an agreement with ITI Neovision S.A. was concluded.

The subject matter of the agreement is the provision of medical services to employees, persons cooperating with the company and their families. The services are to be provided in the facilities owned by Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED and other medical centres cooperating with the Issuer.

The agreement was concluded for an indefinite term from May 1, 2014, and its value depends on the number of persons covered by medical packages in a given month and may amount to approximately PLN 5,880,000 in the period of five years.

The agreement has been considered as a significant one as its value exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
