22/2014 Registration of an increase in the initial capital of the subsidiary company under the business name Centrum Medyczne Diagnostyka Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) hereby informs that on 28 February 2014 the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, the 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the increase in the initial capital of the subsidiary company under the business name Centrum Medyczne Diagnostyka Sp. z o. o. from the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand) to the amount of PLN 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand), that is by the amount of PLN 495,000.00 (four hundred and ninety-five thousand), through creating 4,950 (four thousand, nine hundred and ninety-five) new shares of nominal value of PLN 100.00 (one hundred) each.

All newly established shares were taken up by the Company on 28 February 2014, which the Company informed of in the current report No. 11/2014.

The Company holds 100% of shares in the initial capital of the subsidiary company under the business name Centrum Medyczne Diagnostyka Sp. z o.o.
