43/2014 Conclusion of a significant agreement

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. hereby informs that on 27 June 2014, an agreement with Legia Warszawa S.A. (“the Company”) was concluded the subject matter of which is lease of space. The said agreement resulted in the fact that, the value of the agreements concluded by and between the Issuer and the Company exceeded 10% of the equity capital of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED – amounted to approximately PLN 8.943.036 nonetheless, the concluded agreements concern both liabilities and receivables.

The largest agreement entered into within the last 12 months is the lease of space in a building located in Warsaw. It was concluded for the period of 10 years starting from the date of handing over the subject matter of the lease which is to be performed by 1 July 2014. The value of the agreement during its binding period shall amount to net PLN 5.414.940 (the rent is subject to indexation). Additionally, maintenance fees shall also be paid under the lease of space. They should amount to approximately net PLN 936.096 during the agreement binding period, therefore, the total value of the agreement may amount to approximately net 6.351.036 within the period of 10 years.
