4/2011 Rights to ordinary bearer shares series D of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. admitted to trading on the primary market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that today it was notified of passing of resolution no. 740/2011 of 10 June 2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on:
1.admitting 7,100,000 (seven million one hundred thousand) rights to ordinary bearer shares series D of CENTRUM MEDYCZNE ENEL-MED S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 1 (one Polish zloty) each, marked with “PLENLMD00025” code by the National Depository for Securities S.A., as of 14 June 2011 (Tuesday) to trading on the primary market on the Stock Exchange;
2. listing the aforementioned rights to shares of the Company in the continuous quotation system under the short name “ENELMED-PDA” and designation “ENEA.”
