6/2011 Signing a significant agreement with Siemens Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that today it received the information on signing the agreement for delivery, installation and start-up of devices and software to be located at the department of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. in Gdańsk, Al. Grunwaldzka 163 and for adaptation works.

The total value of the agreement equals PLN 8,996,339.86 net.

The Branch in Gdańsk will be the next multi-profile outpatient clinic of the Company. Currently, Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED has own braches located in Warsaw (Atrium, Arkadia, Blue City, Domaniewska, Puławska, Zacisze), Łódź (Manufaktura), Kraków (Galeria Krakowska), Poznań (Kupiec Poznański) and Wrocław (Arkady Wrocławskie), multi-specialisation hospital in Warsaw, Zacisze district and diagnostic laboratories in Warsaw (Zacisze, Bielany), Łomża, Wołomin, Lublin, Mielec and Poznań.
