8/2011 Dates of submission of periodic reports in 2011

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to announce dates of publication of periodic reports in 2011:

1. Semi-annual report for the first half of 2011: 31 August 2011 (Wednesday)

2. Quarterly report for the third quarter 2011: 14 November 2011 (Monday)

Additionally, the Management Board of the Company would like to inform you that in accordance with § 101 point 2 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259 as amended), the Company would not submit the quarterly report for the second quarter 2011.
