1. Koremia Investments Ltd – number of votes arising from shares held: 7,124,000. Percentage share in the number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 30 June 2011: 43.26%. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 30.23%.
2. Versinus Ltd – number of votes arising from shares held: 7,123,950. Percentage share in the number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 30 June 2011: 43.26%. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 30.23%.
