16/2011 Determination of the last day of quotation of the rights to Series D shares and introduction to trading on the Main Market of the WSE of ordinary bearer shares Series A, B, C and D

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 14 July 2011, the Company received Resolution No. 897/2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 14 July 2011 on the designation of the last day of trading of rights to Series D shares and resolution No. 898/2011 of 14 July 2011 on the introduction to trading on the Main Market of the WSE of ordinary bearer shares Series A, B, C and D of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.

On the basis of Resolution No. 897/2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 14 July 2011, the WSE Management Board appoints the date of 15 July 2011 as the date of the last trading of 7.100.000 (seven million one hundred thousand) rights to ordinary bearer shares Series D of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 1,00 (one zloty) each, designated by the National Depository for Securities (Polish: Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych) with code PLENLMD00025.

On the basis of Resolution No. 898/2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 14 July 2011, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce – with effect from 18 July 2011 in normal mode – to trading on the main market the following ordinary bearer shares of Centrum Medyczne ENEL MED S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 1,00 (one zloty) each:
a) 12.000.000 (twelve million) Series A shares under code PLENLMD00017;
b) 2.183.500 (two million one hundred eighty-three thousand five hundred) Series B shares under code PLENLMD00017;
c) 2.283.400 (two million two hundred eighty-three thousand four hundred) Series C shares under code PLENLMD00017;
d) 7.100.000 (seven million one hundred thousand) Series D shares, provided that the National Depository for Securities on 18 July 2011 registers these shares and assigns them code PLENLMD00017.

The WSE Management Board resolves to list the shares of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name “ENELMED” and the sign “ENE”.
