19/2011 Acceptance of the Company’s offer for provision of health care services in the Bielański Hospital in Warszawa

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (the Company) announces that it has learned from the Jerzy Popiełuszko Bielański Hospital (the Hospital) that, following the competition proceedings for provision of health care services, the Selection Board of the Hospital accepted the offer of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. for the provision of services in the field of MRI, classical radiology, angiography and rental of premises needed to provide the above services.

The agreement for the provision of the above services will be signed in the nearest future. The Company will inform of the fact in a separate report.
