25/2011 Conclusion of an agreement of purchasing shares in Centrum Nieruchomości ENEL-MED Sp. z o.o.

The board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED. S.A. (“The Company”) announces that on 30 September 2011 an agreement between Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. and ENEL-MED Sp. z o.o. was concluded on the basis of which the Issuer shall purchase from Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Sp. z o.o. 80 shares in Centrum Nieruchomości ENEL-MED Sp. z o.o. for the price of 640,000.00 PLN.

The shares in question are free from any charges and are not encumbered with third party rights.

The company, whose shares will be purchased, deals with running investments in real estate related to healthcare. . It is experienced and knowledgeable in the scope of requirements set for medical facilities and in terms of conditions that have to be met in order to make a facility suitable for providing healthcare services.

Moreover, the purchase of 80 shares in the nominal capital of Centrum Nieruchomości ENEL-MED Sp. z o.o. will contribute to the optimization of Value Added Tax.
