31/2011 Appointment of the entity entitled to audit the financial statements

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that the contract with the statutory auditor PKF AUDYT Sp. z o.o., appointed based on the resolution no. 1/07/2011 of the Supervisory Board of 14 July 2011, for the audit of the individual financial statements of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. as at 31 December 2011, was concluded on 6 December 2011.

PKF AUDYT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Elbląska 15/17, 01-747 Warszawa, is entered on the list of entities entitled to audit financial statements under number 548.

The parties have agreed that the audit would be carried out during the period from the date of signing the contract to 02 March 2012.

Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. has previously used the services of PKF AUDYT Sp. z o.o. with respect to the audits of the financial statements for 2009 and 2010, and the review of the Company’s individual financial statements as at 30 June 2011.
