53/2014 Concluding the space lease agreement for the multiprofile outpatient clinic in Katowice

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter referred to as the Company) would like to inform you about the agreement signed on 17 December 2014 by and between the Company and Tenali Investments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością “Silesia Business Park” spółka komandytowo-akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw, to lease space for the needs of the multiprofile outpatient clinic.

The outpatient clinic shall be located in the Silesia Business Park business complex at Chorzowska St. in Katowice.

The lease term shall be 10 years starting from the first day of commencing the lease on 01 June 2015.

The total value of rent payments (set in the agreement in EUR) and service charges (set in PLN) during the term of the agreement will be equal to about PLN 9,955,630.40 net. Rent payments will be made in PLN, calculated based on the exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the day of issuing the invoice. Rent payments will be subject to indexation starting from 1 January 2017.
