51/2014 Conclusion of an annex to the agreement with Bank Millennium S.A.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. hereby informs that on 11 August 2014, an annex to the multi-product line agreement with Bank Millenium S.A. (the “Bank”) was signed.

Pursuant to the annex concluded, Bank Millenium S.A. grants the Company the global limit in the amount of PLN 15.000.000 for the period from 11 August 2014 until 24 April 2015 (the value of the limit was decreased by PLN 2.000.000 with respect to the earlier agreement). The loan shall be used to finance the current business activity.

Interest rate of the loan is based on a variable interest rate WIBOR 1M plus a margin. Loan collateral shall remain unchanged (the Company announced the information in the current report No. 14/2013 and No. 15/2014).

The terms and conditions of the annex correspond to the market conditions.

This annex has been considered as a significant one as its value exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
