1/2015 Acquisition of shares by a member of the governing bodies of the Company

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) hereby informs that on 23 January 2014 it received a notification of acquisition of the Company’s shares in the number of 1 576 by Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski – the Deputy President of the Management Board based on the following transactions:

– on 5 September 2014, Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski acquired 776 shares at a price of PLN 9.00 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange

– on 23 September 2014, Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski acquired 300 shares at a price of PLN 9.31 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange

– on 26 September 2014, Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski acquired 300 shares at a price of PLN 9.31 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange

– on 29 September 2014, Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski acquired 200 shares at a price of PLN 9.31 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange
