2/2015 Dates of issuing periodic reports in 2015

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. hereby publicly announces the dates of issuing periodic reports in 2015:

1. Annual report for 2014: 19 March 2015 (Thursday)

2. Quarterly report for the 1st quarter of 2015: 14 May 2015 (Thursday)

3. Interim report for the 1st half of 2015: 31 August 2015 (Monday)

4. Quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of 2015: 16 November 2015 (Monday)

Furthermore, the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that pursuant to § 101 section 2 and § 102 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] as of 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended) the Company shall not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and for the second quarter of 2015.
