18/2015 Acquisition of shares by a member of the governing bodies of the Company

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.  (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) hereby informs that on 15 July 2015 it received a notification of acquisition of the Company’s shares in the number of 2,913 by Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski – the Deputy President of the Management Board based on the following transactions:

– on 7 July 2015, 208 shares at a price of PLN 10.85 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 7 July 2015, 83 shares at a price of PLN 10.99 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 7 July 2015, 144 shares at a price of PLN 11.00 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 7 July 2015, 617 shares at a price of PLN 11.13 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 9 July 2015, 66 shares at a price of PLN 10.89 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 9 July 2015, 300 shares at a price of PLN 10.90 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 14 July 2015, 695 shares at a price of PLN 10.87 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 14 July 2015, 800 shares at a price of PLN 11.00 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
