19/2015 Acquisition of shares by a member of the governing bodies of the Company

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.  (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) hereby informs that on 4 September 2015 it received a notification of acquisition of the Company’s shares in the number of 3,707 by Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski – the Deputy President of the Management Board based on the following transactions:

– on 15 July 2015, 600 shares at a price of PLN 11.00 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 27 July 2015, 135 shares at a price of PLN 10.50 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 27 July 2015, 195 shares at a price of PLN 10.70 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 27 July 2015, 13 shares at a price of PLN 10.80 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 27 July 2015, 12 shares at a price of PLN 10.85 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 28 July 2015, 65 shares at a price of PLN 10.70 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 28 July 2015, 275 shares at a price of PLN 10.85 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 28 July 2015, 30 shares at a price of PLN 10.90 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 31 August 2015, 166 shares at a price of PLN 9.70 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 31 August 2015, 85 shares at a price of PLN 9.99 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 September 2015, 1204 shares at a price of PLN 10.46 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 September 2015, 166 shares at a price of PLN 9.98 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 September 2015, 240 shares at a price of PLN 9.99 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 September 2015, 215 shares at a price of PLN 10.00 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 September 2015, 85 shares at a price of PLN 10.44 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 September 2015, 200 shares at a price of PLN 10.45 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 September 2015, 21 shares at a price of PLN 10.15 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
