28/2012 Election of the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board – Rectification concerning the number of the resolution

In reference to current report No. 24/2012, the Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna announces that, by resolution No. 01/10/2012 of 4 October 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company made rectification of a mistake as regards the number of the resolution adopted on 14 June 2012 on election of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in such a way that, instead of the wrong number of the resolution: “01/06/2012”, it decided to write: “02/06/2012”.
