20/2015 Acquisition of shares by a member of the governing bodies of the Company

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.  (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) hereby informs that on 14 September 2015 it received a notification of acquisition of the Company’s shares in the number of 2,440 by Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski – the Deputy President of the Management Board based on the following transactions:

– on 3 September 2015, 227 shares at a price of PLN 10.21 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 7 September 2015, 750 shares at a price of PLN 10.43 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 8 September 2015, 933 shares at a price of PLN 10.40 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 11 September 2015, 251 shares at a price of PLN 10.20 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 11 September 2015, 279 shares at a price of PLN 10.35 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
