The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that, on 17 December 2012, there took place an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the subsidiary operating under the business name “Centrum Nieruchomości Enel‑Med spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością”. The Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders adopted a resolution on the change of the articles of association of the company under the business name “Centrum Nieruchomości ENEL-MED spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością” by changing the business name of the subsidiary from “Centrum Nieruchomości ENEL-MED spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością” to “Enelbud spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością”.

The resolution on the change of the articles of association of the subsidiary enters into force as of the date of adopting the resolution, with effect from the date of registration of the changes by the district court.
