The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that, on 20 December 2012, it reached an agreement with the current Financial Director of the Company, Wojciech Mizerka, who also fulfils the function of the Company’s Proxy, on the termination of cooperation. Wojciech Mizerka shall perform his duties until 31 March 2013.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that it has chosen its candidate for the position of the Financial Director, who will commence to perform his duties as of 01 April 2013. The new Financial Director has got extensive experience in managing the finances of large enterprises, including WSE-listed companies. He has held the function of a member of the management board, has been responsible for acquisitions and mergers, and their subsequent integration. He has prepared and carried out equity placements and has been responsible for implementation of integrated IT systems.

All issues related to the operation activity of the Company shall be continued uninterrupted.
