3/2013 Registration of changes in the Articles of Association of a Subsidiary by the Court

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that, on 24 January 2013, it was informed that the District Court for the capital city of Warszawa, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, registered changes in the Articles of Association of a Subsidiary made by resolution of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the company under the business name of “Centrum Nieruchomości Enel-Med spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością”, which took place on 17 December 2012.

Since the day of registration of the changes by the District Court, the Subsidiary has been operating under the business name of „Enelbud spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością”.
