5/2013 Withdrawal of the projected financial results of the Company

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. withdraws the revenue forecast at the level of PLN 204 million in 2012 and PLN 249 million in 2013, which was published in the prospectus of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. and approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 30 March 2011.

The factors that have influenced correction and withdrawal of the projected financial results:

Opening of the second hospital in Warszawa took place only in the second half of 2012, which made it impossible for the Company to conclude an agreement with the National Health Fund that would correspond to the potential of the new facility and expectations of the Company. At the same time, the Issuer is constantly undertaking actions aimed at increasing the value of the agreement for hospital treatment in the following years.

Additionally, in connection with the economic situation, increase in the sales of commercial services (fee-for-service) was much lower than projected, especially in the dentistry division. The Company has undertaken actions in the field of infertility treatment, establishing cooperation with Novum Fertility Clinic. Moreover, the Company is intensifying sales of commercial hospital services, which should bring tangible results in the nearest future.
