7/2013 Correction of Current Report No. 7/2013: Dates of submission of periodic reports in 2013

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warszawa informs that it has made a correction to Current Report No. 7/2013 dated 30 January 2013. In Current Report No. 7/2013, it was wrongly indicated that the annual report for the year 2013 would be published on 21 March 2013 (Thursday), while the correct wording should be: “Annual report for the year 2012: 21 March 2013 (Thursday)”.

In connection with the foregoing, the Management Board of the Company hereby corrects the content of Current Report No. 7/2013 dated 30 January 2013, in such a way that:
“1. Annual report for the year 2013: 21 March 2013 (Thursday)”
is replaced by:
“1. Annual report for the year 2012: 21 March 2013 (Thursday)”.

The correction indicated above is a result of an obvious typographical error. Since the error had been noticed, the Management Board of the Company decided to correct the report in question without delay. The remaining part of the report remains unchanged.
