24/2013 Conclusion of the agreement for the provision of medical services with the National Bank of Poland

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. would like to inform you that as a result of the proceedings in form of the competitive dialogue, based on the Act of 29 January 2004 – Public procurement Law, on 29 July 2013, the agreement for the provision of medical services was concluded with the National Bank of Poland.

Occupational medicine and preventive care services will be provided to employees of the National Bank of Poland and members of their families. The services provided as a part of the purchased medical subscriptions will be rendered at the company facility located at the Head Office of the National Bank of Poland in Warsaw, at own facilities of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED and at partner facilities throughout the country.

The agreement was concluded for 24 months, starting the date of signing the agreement, but not before 1 September 2013, with an option to extend it by the Contracting Authority for additional 12 months.

The value of this agreement depends on the number of persons covered by the medical subscriptions, and might reach about PLN 7,588,992.00 gross for 24 months.

The agreement has been recognised as a significant one, since its value exceeds 10% of the equity of the Company.
