38/2013 Conclusion of an agreement for provision of medical services with companies belonging to the Generali Group

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that, on 31 October 2013, an agreement was signed with companies belonging to the Generali Group: Generali Życie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A., Generali Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A., Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., and Generali Finance Sp. z o.o.

The subject matter of the agreement is provision of medical services to the companies’ employees, person cooperating with the companies, and their families. The services will be provided at the facilities of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. and in other medical centres cooperating with the Company.

The agreement was concluded for an indefinite period beginning from 1 November 2013. Its value depends on the number of people covered by the package and may reach approximately PLN 5.760.000,00 during the period of five years.

The agreement is treated as a significant one since its value exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity.

Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. cooperates with Generali also in the field of provision of medical services for clients of the insurer holding health insurance policies.
