42/2013 Court registration of Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Enelbud Sp. z o.o. – a company controlled by the Issuer

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. would like to inform you that on 03 December 2013 it was notified that the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Business Department of the National Court Register, registered – under number KRS 0000486826 – Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Enelbud Sp. z o.o. – a company controlled by the Issuer. Enelbud Sp. z o.o. holds 50 shares in Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o. with a total value of PLN 2,500.00 which makes up 50% of the share capital of this company. The Issuer has issued a note on establishing the company under the name of Bonus Vitae Sp. z o.o. in current report no. 36/2013.
