1/2012 Conclusion of the agreement for the provision of healthcare services involving ambulatory specialty care at the diagnostic laboratory in Łomża
The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that on 3 January 2012 the Company received the agreement concluded with the National Health Fund – Podlaskie Voivodeship Branch in Białystok, for the provision of healthcare services involving ambulatory specialty care (magnetic resonance imaging) at the diagnostic laboratory in Łomża, at Al. Legionów 145A.
The agreement has been concluded for three years and its value for the settlement period from 01 January 2012 to 30 June 2012 amounts to PLN 615,995.00.
The settlement for the remaining term of the agreement will be based on an annex to the agreement.
The diagnostic laboratory in Łomża is one of ten laboratories operated by Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.
Conclusion of the aforementioned agreement has started the next period of cooperation between Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED and the National Health Fund, related to the provision of magnetic resonance imaging services.
