1/2016 Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2016

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2016:

1. Annual report for 2015: 18 March 2016 (Friday)

2. Quarterly report for Q1 2016: 13 May 2016 (Friday)

3. Semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2016: 31 August 2016 (Wednesday)

4. Quarterly report for Q3 2016: 14 November 2016 (Monday)

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that, in accordance with § 101 paragraph 2 and § 102 paragraph 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and terms and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (J.L. of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended), the Company will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2015 and for Q2 2016.
