The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. would like to present the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. held on 28 February 2014:

1.    Koremia Investments Ltd – number of votes arising from shares held: 7,124,000.Percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 28 February 2014: 37.75%. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 30.23%.
2.    Versinus Ltd – number of votes arising from shares held: 7,123,950.Percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 28 February 2014: 37.75%. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 30.23%.
3.    Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień” – number of votes arising from shares held: 1,680,000.Percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 28 February 2014: 8.9%. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.13%.
4.    Smerona Holdings Ltd – number of votes arising from shares held: 992,800.Percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 28 February 2014: 5.26%. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.21%.
5.    Elvestra Ltd – number of votes arising from shares held: 972,650.Percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 28 February 2014: 5.15%. Percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.13%.
