The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that on 04 March 2013 ENEL-MED signed an annex to the agreement concluded with Proscan Sp. z o.o., as communicated by ENEL-MED in Current Report 4/2013. The annex increases the value of the previously concluded agreement by the amount of PLN 2.209.860,00 net in the period of 5 years to the amount of PLN 8.094.138,00 net.

The object of the agreement is provision of cleaning services at the facilities of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A., and the increase in its value is due to implementation of the services at a larger number of the ENEL-MED centres. Other terms of the agreement are not subject to change.

The annex enters into force on 01 March 2013. The value of the agreement in the period of five years amounts to PLN 8.094.138,00 net.

Additionally, on 04 March 2013, another agreement was concluded with Proscan Sp. z o.o. concerning physical protection of facilities and property of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.

The agreement was concluded for an indefinite period of time, and enters into force on 01 March 2013. Its value depends on the number of hours worked bythe security employees and may amount to approx. PLN 1.136.352,00 net in the period of five years.

The total value of agreements concluded with Proscan Sp. z o.o. from 30 January 2013 may amount to approx. PLN 9.230.490,00 net in the period of five years.

The agreement was considered a significant one as it has exceeded 10% ENEL- MED equity.
