11/2015 Information on the dividend payment by the Company

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: “Company”) would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, by resolution no. 14 of 20 May 2015, decided to allocate the amount of PLN 2,356,690.00 (in words: two million three hundred fifty six thousand six hundred ninety Polish zloty) for the payment of the dividend to shareholders, which means the that dividend amount per share is PLN 0.10 (in words: ten groszy). The dividend covers 23,566,900 shares. The dividend recording date has been set on 10 June 2015, and the dividend payment date – on 25 June 2015.
