12/2013 Conclusion of an agreement with Ruch S.A. for provision of medical services
The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that on 07 March 2013 an agreement was concluded with Ruch S.A.
The subject of the agreement is provision of medical services for employees, persons cooperating with the company and members of their families. The services shall be provided at the centres of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. and at other medical facilities cooperating with ENEL-MED.
The agreement was concluded for an indefinite period from 01 April 2013. Its value depends on the number of persons covered by medical packages in a given month and may amount to a minimum of PLN 1.500.000,00 in the period of five years.
