The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that Zbigniew Nasiłowski has been appointed as the Finance Director of the company.

Zbigniew Nasiłowski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Harvard Business School – PMD, IESE University of Navarra – AMP. In the 1990s, he managed listed companies: at first, as the finance director of Dorsed, and then as a member of the Management Board responsible for finance at Grajewo S.A. and as the President of the Management Board of Animex S.A. At those companies, he conducted, among others, acquisitions of competitors, capital increases, cost optimisations, and introduced strategies to raise their value. In the years 2001–2007, he was the CFO at SAP Polska. He also performed the duties of a CFO for the Central Europe Region at SAP. In addition, he was a member of the Management Board of P4 (PLAY) and the finance director of TVP. More recently, he founded a company under the name of NASINVEST, advised to the management boards of various companies, and carried out his own investment activities.

Zbigniew Nasiłowski will begin to perform his duties on 02 April 2013.

ENEL-MED intends to use the experience of the new Finance Director for investment activities. After a period of intensive investments at the turn of 2011 and 2012, in 2013 ENEL-MED intends to focus on sales and filling the existing potential, at the same time preparing for expansion on the market of private medical services in 2014, which may also entail acquisition of a strategic investor.

All issues related to the operation activity of ENEL-MED will be continued without any interruptions.
