13/2015 Conclusion of the space lease agreement for the purposes of the pre-paid medical plan outpatient clinic in Warsaw

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) would like to inform you that on 21 May 2015, the Company and Kedros Investment SPV Sp. z o.o., a company of the Azora Europa fund, concluded the space lease agreement for the purposes of operating a multi-profile outpatient clinic.

The outpatient clinic will be located in the Mokotów Plaza building, at ul. Postępu 6 in Warsaw.

The lease period is 10 years from the lease start date that will take place in Q4 2015.

The total value of rent payments (set in the agreement in EUR) and operating charges (set in PLN) for 10 years of the term of the agreement will be PLN 5,813,379.01 net. The rent will be paid in PLN, and the amount due will be a PLN equivalent of the amount expressed in EUR, translated based on the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the working day preceding the day of issuing the invoice. Rent will be subject to indexation, starting 1 January 2017.
