14/2011 Admission of ordinary bearer Series D shares of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. to the National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“Company”) announces that today the Company received Resolution No. 631/11 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities of 6 July 2011 concerning admission to the National Depository for Securities of 7.100.000 (say: seven million one hundred thousand) ordinary bearer Series D shares with a nominal value of PLN 1,00 (say: one zloty) each, and that the National Depository for Securities decided to mark them with code PLENLMD00017, provided that the shares are introduced to trading on the same regulated market on which other shares of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A., under code PLENLMD00017, were placed. Registration of the above-mentioned shares will take place in connection with closing the accounts maintained for transferable rights to shares under code PLENLMD00025, within three days of receipt by the National Depository of the decision referred to above, but not earlier than the date specified in this decision as a day of introducing these shares to trading on the regulated market.
Information on registration of shares under code PLENLMD00017 will be provided in the form of a communication of the National Depository.
