14/2014 Conclusion of an annex to the agreement with Bank Millennium S.A.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. would like to inform you that on 21 March 2014 the Company signed an annex to the loan agreement with Bank Millennium S.A.

The annex to the agreement for corporate mortgage loan has increased the value of the long-term loan by PLN 1,973,151, to PLN 10,400,000 in total. The loan granted will be repaid in 38 monthly instalments, starting 30 April 2014. At the same time, the annex has resulted in reducing the interest rate on the loan by 0.1%.

Except increasing the mortgage amount from PLN 16,320,400 to PLN 17,680,000, the loan collateral would not change (it was described in the current report no. 35/2013).

Terms of the annex do not differ from market terms.
