15/2011 Conclusion of a significant agreement with Sonoco Poland Packaging Services Sp. z o.o. for the provision of medical services

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (“the Company”) announces that on 12 July 2011 an annex was signed to the agreement of 9 September 2010 for the provision of medical services to the company Sonoco Poland Packaging Services Sp. z o.o.
The object of the agreement is provision of medical services to employees of Sonoco Poland Packaging Services Sp. z o.o. The services rendered under the medical subscriptions purchased can be provided on the entire territory of Poland, both in own branches of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED and in partner facilities. Additionally, under the existing agreement, a medical surgery will be opened at the company’s office in Łódź at Nowy Józefów 70.

The existing agreement concluded for 12 months is valid until 30 November 2011 and is extended for an indefinite period of time by means of the annex.

The contract value is dependent on the number of persons covered by the package in a given month and may amount to approximately PLN 6.900.000,00 within the period of five years.

The agreement was considered significant since it exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
