15/2015 Appointment of the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: Company) would like to hereby inform you that on 24 June 2015, the Company’s Supervisory Board passed resolution no. 01/06/2015 on appointing Ms Anna Maria Rozwadowska, member of the Supervisory Board to the position of the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.

The Management Board would like to inform you that the professional CV of Ms Anna Maria Rozwadowska was presented in the current report no. 12/2015 of 20 May 2015.
