17/2013 Termination of the multipurpose credit facility agreement

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. would like to inform you that on 9 May 2013 the Company terminated the multipurpose credit facility agreement for PLN 15,000,000 with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.

The agreement was terminated as a result of earlier conclusion by Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. of a new agreement with long-term corporate partner of the Company, Bank Millennium S.A., of which the Company notified in current report no. 14/2013 of 26 March 2013.

The agreement will be terminated as at 31 May 2013.
