17/2014 Conclusion of an agreement concerning the provision of medical services with Canal+ Cyfrowy S.A.

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. hereby informs that on April 24, 2014, an agreement with Canal+ Cyfrowy S.A. was concluded and its subject matter is the provision of medical services to employees, contractors and their families. The services are to be provided in the facilities of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED and other medical centres cooperating with the Issuer.

The agreement was concluded for an indefinite term from May 1, 2014, and its value depends on the number of persons covered by medical packages in a given month and may amount to approximately PLN 2,400,000 in the period of five years.
