17/2015 Purchase of shares by a person being a member of the Company’s management authorities

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: Company) would like to hereby inform that on 1 July 2015 it received the information that on 30 June 2015, Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski – Vice President of the Management Board of the Company purchased 2,706 shares in the Company in the following transactions:

– 191 shares at the price of PLN 10.73 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– 341 shares at the price of PLN 10.78 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– 249 shares at the price of PLN 10.79 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– 180 shares at the price of PLN 10.80 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– 240 shares at the price of PLN 10.83 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– 420 shares at the price of PLN 11.00 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– 408 shares at the price of PLN 11.05 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– 677 shares at the price of PLN 11.04 per share. The transaction was concluded during the session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
