20/2011 Repayment of a long-term loan ahead of schedule

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. (the Company) announces that on 23 August 2011 it repaid the entire long-term loan under agreement No. 34/2010, concluded on 28 May 2010 with HSBC Bank Polska S.A.

The loan was repaid ahead of schedule. The original loan amount was PLN 10 million. The amount of capital repaid amounted to PLN 6.825.615.
According to the loan agreement, repayment of the loan ahead of schedule is not subject to any fees. The aim of the operation is to optimise interest costs.
