20/2013 Revocation of a commercial power of attorney

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw announces that on 05 June 2013 the Management Board revoked Mr Wojciech Mizerka’s joint commercial power of attorney that included the power to perform such acts and activities, whether in front of a court of law or out of court, as may be connected with the pursuit of the company’s business, jointly with a member of the Management Board or another holder of the company’s commercial power of attorney.
