22/2015 Acquisition of shares by a member of the governing bodies of the Company

Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. hereby informs that on 23 October 2015 Jacek Jakub Rozwadowski (the Deputy President of the Company) acquired 2,092 shares of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.  based on the following transactions:

– on 14 September 2015, 101 shares at a price of PLN 10.35 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 14 September 2015, 100 shares at a price of PLN 10.20 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 18 September 2015, 200 shares at a price of PLN 9.90 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 23 September 2015, 20 shares at a price of PLN 9.64 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 28 September 2015, 100 shares at a price of PLN 9.65 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 30 September 2015, 50 shares at a price of PLN 9.92 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 October 2015, 211 shares at a price of PLN 9.91 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 October 2015, 710 shares at a price of PLN 9.92 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 1 October 2015, 100 shares at a price of PLN 9.90 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;

– on 9 October 2015, 200 shares at a price of PLN 9.90 per share. The transaction was carried out during the trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange;
