23/2011 Conclusion of an agreement with PZU Pomoc S.A. for provision of medical services

The Management Board of ENEL-MED S.A. (the Company) announces that on 23 September 2011, the Company concluded a framework agreement with PZU Pomoc S.A. (PZU) for provision of medical services to employees and customers of the PZU company.

The agreement concerns FFS settlements (payment for each service rendered). The value of the agreement depends on the number of patients referred by PZU to the facilities of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A.
