27/2012 Registration of changes in the Articles of Association of the Company by the Court

The Management Board of Centrum Medyczne ENEL-MED S.A. informs that on 27 June 2012 it received the information that the District Court for the capital city of Warszawa, 12th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, registered changes in the Articles of Association of the Company that had been introduced by Resolution No. 21 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Centrum Medyczne ENEL MED S.A., which took place on 24 May 2012.
